Hello, and welcome to Iox Blogs.
If you're reading this, you've probably found our new blog site. Huzzah!
If you don't know who I am, I'm the guy who pretty much manages the mothership that is Iox, which is why I'm often called "Mr. Iox".
Or being called a furry. Yeah, mostly a furry. I mostly just draw sketches of a tanuki girl or when I'm not doing that, I'm literally sitting in the G4 Discord (shoutouts to Jordan) talking about old early to late 2000's children's blocks that start with the letter J. Or talking about BBC Three. God knows, I'm a crazy individual.
If you're unaware of Iox, it's basically a canvas for people to create and showcase their films and works. Think like television, but more creatively driven by it's viewers and more experimental and explorative. It's kinda why our motto is "You make it". We are still small, most of us are just doing this as a hobby and we appreciate those who take the time to be patient with us, we have busy lives and we're not ogling at a computer screen just desperately waiting for someone to acknowledge our existence. A share and a few words about us will do us lots. Course, if you do want to share your content with us to publish on our channels and social media, there is a button on the homepage that takes you to an "Upload" form, either there or at the end of this article.
So what's going to happen here then, on this very Iox related site? Well, we're thinking of a few ideas:
- A weekly "Featured Bits" section on the site, that showcases the amazing and talented work from animators, film makers, etc. Feel free to join our Discord if you happen to be interested in featuring an artist you'd love to see here.
- My own stuff, where I just ramble on about silly things, like television or the news of the world currently. Might call it the "RaccRamble" or something, I dunno. Watch this space.
- Interviews and behind the scenes stuff on Iox uploads.
- Whatever else we can think of writing about on the Iox website. We are looking for some talented writers though, so keep in touch @ioxTV and/or Discord DM me at Allanbuzzy#8227 for interest.
And... that's about it right now. We're open to suggestions to implement here, so feel free to suggest on our social media or Discord. All that's left for me to say is...
